Balboa Internal Medicine Residency
Individual Medical Readiness (IMR)
Maintaining your own medical readiness is your responsbility as a Naval Officer and even more so a Physician. It is our job to lead from the front and be Fully Medically Ready!
Part of all of our regular battle rhythm must be periodically checking our own IMR status thru BOL (CLICK HERE) usually every 3-6 months so you know when items are coming due. Taking care of these items during the same 1-2 month period each year may make it easier to remember (ie during your birth month).
