Echo and Heart Monitor Reports Viewing Error in Genesis

Echo reports typically show up with a hyperlink at the bottom of the report encounter where we can usually open the link and see the final report/impression, etc. However, as you can see below, that hyperlink is missing though the report has been finalized, thus the title *Final Report*

A current work around for this and an area you can find a copy of the full reports is by clicking the “View Image” just above the encounter list after selecting the Echo or Monitor encounter under the Documentation section. Icon you are to select is pictured below.

Once you select that icon, it will open NilRead and if you scroll down, you will be able to see the full TTE report we are used to seeing.
